In Indonesia, a safe place to worship for transgender Muslims

More Muslims live in Indonesia than in any other country.  But for people who are transgender—those who were born as a man or a woman, but who identify as the opposite sex—practising Islam can be difficult in the country’s more conservative mosques. Now, one person has started her own Koran study group specifically for transgender Muslims. It’s the first of its kind in the country.
